Duties Perform detailed cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance Clean carpets using specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens for a fresh environment Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash liners to ensure continuous availability Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning tasks to management promptly Maintain cleanliness logs and complete daily checklists to track completed duties and areas serviced Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services within commercial or environmental settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and general sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet extractors, vacuums, and scrubbers safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy equipment when necessary Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts A positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence Join us as a Cleaning Technician and be part of a dedicated team that values quality work and professional growth.
