Role:

Join MMW Facility Services LLC as a Porter/Handyman in Palm Bay, FL, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining our facilities and ensuring a clean, safe environment. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic work environment while contributing to the satisfaction of our clients.

work time:

7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and equipment. Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobbies and restrooms. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from tenants. Assist in setting up and tearing down for events and meetings. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools. Support the team in various handyman tasks, including plumbing and electrical work. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. delivering packages to employees that may weigh 50lbs to 125lbs willing to have directions fromt 3 to 4 managers

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in maintenance, handyman, or related roles. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.50 lbs. to 125 lbs.!! Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude is a must. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed. Willing to have a background check done
