We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team servicing Airbnb and vacation rental properties. This is a great opportunity for independent cleaners looking for consistent, ongoing work , especially during the busy summer season. Cleanings are primarily short-term rental turnovers , meaning attention to detail and quick, efficient work is essential.

Responsibilities:

Perform full turnover cleanings between guest stays Change and launder linens (or replace with clean sets if provided) Restock basic supplies (toilet paper, toiletries, etc.) Ensure property is guest-ready (hotel-level presentation) Report any damages or maintenance issues Follow cleaning checklists and standards consistently

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and show up on time (this is VERY important) Prior cleaning experience required (Airbnb or residential preferred) Ability to handle same-day or back-to-back cleanings Strong attention to detail Must have own cleaning supplies (preferred, but can be discussed)

Pay:

Pay per job (based on property size and scope) Opportunity for consistent weekly work Potential for increased workload as more properties are added

Schedule:

Flexible, but must have availability during peak turnover times (10 AM - 4 PM) Weekends required (high demand days)
