Job Description

Job Summary:
The Wellness & Fitness Center is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Custodian/Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff. This position offers flexible scheduling and is perfect for individuals who are available throughout the week, including weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the gym including workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, front desk, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces Empty trash and recycling bins regularly Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required Must be dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Available to work flexible hours

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
