Job Description
Dust to Glam Cleaning Service is a locally owned small business based in Panama City, FL, and we are looking to expand our team with reliable and motivated individuals. As a five-star cleaning company, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a strong reputation within our community. We are seeking dependable candidates who demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Applicants should be physically capable of performing cleaning duties and have several years of professional cleaning experience. Reliable transportation is required for this position. OFF This position also requires reliable transportation, a clean criminal background, and a strong work ethic. Training will be provided for all assigned buildings. Both roles are essential to our operations and require dedication, commitment, and a high level of responsibility. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work and value consistency and reliability. - Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
- Notify management of any repairs needed
