Job Description:

We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. As a cleaner with Baycleanse, you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work on a job-to-job basis. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients' properties are spotless and ready for guests, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleanings of short-term rental properties, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Ensure all assigned properties meet our high cleanliness standards. Report any damages or maintenance issues found during cleaning to management promptly. Maintain a professional demeanor with clients and property managers. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during each job.

Requirements:

Previous experience in professional cleaning, preferably in short-term rental or vacation properties. Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites. Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
