On-site at multifamily apartment communities, Pensacola FL Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Move-Out Cleaner to clean and prepare vacant apartment units for new residents. This role is critical to ensuring units meet quality standards and are ready for leasing. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, move efficiently, and maintain high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Perform full move-out cleaning of vacant apartment units Clean kitchens including: Inside and outside of cabinets and drawers Countertops, sinks, backsplashes Appliances (refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave) Clean bathrooms including: Toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors Tile, grout, and fixtures Dust and wipe: Baseboards, doors, door frames, trim, vents, light fixtures Clean windows, window sills, and blinds (where applicable) Sweep, vacuum, and mop all flooring Remove trash and debris from units Report maintenance issues or damages found during cleaning Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly Qualifications Previous apartment, janitorial, or residential cleaning experience Experience with move-out or deep cleaning a plus Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, kneeling) Reliable transportation to job sites Dependable, punctual, and professional

Pay:

$50.00 - $90.00 per day People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
