We provide high-quality cleaning services for residential homes throughout Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and can consistently deliver excellent results. Services Performed Our team provides:

Standard Residential Cleaning Deep Cleaning Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Post-Construction Cleaning Recurring Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Cleanings Responsibilities Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust furniture, baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, and other surfaces Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures Perform detailed deep-cleaning tasks when required Complete move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning projects Maintain and properly use cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for each job Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service Work independently or as part of a team Requirements Reliable transportation (required) Must have your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to transport cleaning supplies between job locations Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Comfortable working in occupied and vacant homes Ability to follow instructions and company cleaning systems Preferred Qualifications Previous residential cleaning experience Experience with deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning Experience with post-construction cleaning Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Growth Opportunities As Tidy Turtles Cleaning Company continues to grow, team members may have opportunities for: Additional hours Team Lead positions Specialized cleaning assignments Training and advancement opportunities Long-term recurring client routes To Apply Please reply with: Your availability Areas you are willing to service Cleaning experience (if any) Confirmation that you have reliable transportation Confirmation that you have your own cleaning supplies and equipment We are looking for reliable team members who take pride in their work and want to grow with a professional cleaning company.
