In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows across commercial and residential properties. Your work will ensure that buildings look professional, inviting, and well-maintained. This position offers an energetic environment where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will shine through every window you clean. Whether working at heights or on ground level, your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall presentation of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Clean windows, glass surfaces, and related fixtures using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders safely and efficiently, including scissor lifts when necessary for high or hard-to-reach areas Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order before starting each job Follow safety protocols rigorously, especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment like scissor lifts Perform routine janitorial and custodial tasks to support overall cleanliness of the work environment when required Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations, making adjustments as needed Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles with a focus on window or commercial cleaning preferred Ability to operate ladders safely and familiarity with scissor lift operation is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning tools and chemicals Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, work at heights, and carry equipment over extended periods Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Valid certifications for operating scissor lifts or other specialized equipment are a plus Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness that enhances the appearance of our clients' properties!
