Job Description
1 King Cleaning Services is a Port St. Lucie based company and has been established since July 2024. We are a growing company and are looking for someone to come and grow with us. We pride ourselves in offering professional and trustworthy services to meet and exceed our clients expectations. We offer residential services and looking to expand into commercial services, currently in both St Lucie and Martin counties. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional and professional service. Part time to start but can grow into a full time position. We are a tobacco and drug free company. Must have own transportation. Must pass a background check and drug test. Responsibilities Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning/sanitizing all surfaces. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, Vacuuming, scrubbing, mopping. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs and requests promptly. Follow the company's cleaning checklist and procedures. Experience Previous experience in Cleaning houses is a must. Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and commercial cleaning standards is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
