Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role is crucial in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards. Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report when stock is low. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
