Janitorial Custodian

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Custodian to help keep our Condominium Association spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready. Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, showers, and laundry rooms Maintaining cleanliness of the office, post office, recreation hall, exercise room and common areas Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance needs Assisting Maintenance Supervisor with Pool Cleaning, Pool and Water Plant testing and logging of data. Training provided. Following cleanliness and safety standards. What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail and positive attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliability and professionalism Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience. Valid Florida's Driver's License Reliable Transportation. Working Conditions and Physical Effort Able to life 50 pounds, push, pull, climb, and walk for most of the day.

Friendly, supportive work environment Flexible Schedule Expected hours: 24 per week, additional hours possible Expected work schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7am - 3:30pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch, 2-15 minute breaks .
