Window Cleaner

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Experience in exterior cleaning services is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and quality service. Duties Clean windows of all sizes, including high and hard-to-reach areas, using appropriate tools and techniques Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and extension poles to ensure streak-free results Use ladders safely and follow safety guidelines Provide friendly, professional customer service Drive to customer locations as scheduled Maintain cleaning supplies and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly Ensure all work areas are left clean and free of debris after completing tasks Requirments Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial, or custodial services is preferred but not required Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and tools is highly desirable Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and using cleaning machinery Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards Valid driver's license and your own vehicle Able to lift 40+ lbs and work on ladders Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Previous experience is a plus but not required, we can train the right person Good communication and time-management skills This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Candidates should be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Prior experience with residential cleaning projects will be advantageous for success in this position.
