  • Riverview, FL Hours:
    ️ Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM | Up to 32 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Maintain efficient operation and upkeep/cleanliness of the property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings Execute daily upkeep/cleanliness tasks including trash pickup and snow removal (if applicable) Be the eyes and ears of the community — report any unusual circumstances or issues regarding the property or residents Represent the Richman brand by maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Keep accurate logs and records as necessary Champion a safe work environment and report any safety concerns to supervisory personnel Treat all personal and company-owned tools with care and responsibility Go above and beyond to uphold exceptional customer service and prioritize resident satisfaction Operate within OSHA standards Embrace growth — adhere to company policies and actively seek opportunities for personal development Communicate maintenance supply needs to supervisory personnel Actively participate in the property preventative maintenance plan
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
1-3 months of related experience preferred Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial A self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision
    Skills & Certifications:
    Valid Driver's License required
