Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Vacation Rental Cleaner to ensure our short-term rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing vacation homes between guest stays, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and providing a positive experience for visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help create memorable stays and foster repeat bookings. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dust-free, and impeccably maintained to meet health and safety standards. Change linens, make beds, and handle laundry tasks efficiently to prepare units for new guests. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed. Restock supplies including toiletries, towels, kitchen essentials, and cleaning products to ensure guest comfort. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly for resolution. Follow all sanitation protocols and safety guidelines to deliver a clean and safe environment for guests. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and sanitation. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members. Familiarity with laundry procedures and handling linens efficiently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
