Job Summary Are you in search of a flexible schedule, and work you can be proud of? Clean Floridian is seeking a reliable and meticulous Cleaning Technician to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning services to our clients. You must be organized, self-motivated and work well under little supervision to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. We are not just a wipe-down service, and take pride in our work and standards. This position starts part-time, but with the right candidate it can quickly turn into full-time. Cleanings are scheduled during the day, with possible evening availability, and the schedule is flexible, we just ask that you commit to cleaning a certain number of days each week. Responsibilities Provide top-quality cleaning services to our clients Be organized, self-motivated and work well under little supervision to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly to promote health and safety standards Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals, use correct cleaning products/chemicals for each area Abide by standardized checklists and SOPs Uphold company values by acting with respect and integrity in every decision Experience Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning practices Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a clean and healthy environment.
