Model Home Cleaners Needed -St Johns/St Augustine(AFTER HOURS)

This is an ideal position for a team but individuals work great as well! Must be a motivated self-starter. A team-player mindset is crucial. Westwood Interior Cleaning needs evening and early morning help cleaning model homes and sales centers in St Johns County. We're mostly looking for people in the following areas: St Augustine (32092) St Augustine (32084) St Johns (32259) This position requires a bit of traveling to and from jobs. Must be a team player and must be willing to travel to surrounding areas. It's a part-time position for a now, but a really great opportunity for a future full-time position. We are looking for someone that does the job right, the first time, every time. Someone detail-oriented! Pay is piece work/per job and pays well. Once trained, proficient and comfortable in the position, we have more work available. Compensation is per job/unit and pays well. You will be added to our payroll system with direct deposit

The current work is between 3-5 evenings/mornings a week to start. This position does require a driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good work ethic. We will provide equipment, training, and supplies. We have many different teams working throughout the Southeast that really enjoy this position! MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in various settings (Sales Centers and Model Homes)
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed

Skills:

• Experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Familiarity with different cleaning products and their appropriate usage
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
