Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across various commercial and institutional facilities. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be an essential part of a dedicated team committed to excellence, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, to ensure a spotless finish. report any stained carpet. Carpet cleaning is not a requirement and should be addressed by a professiona. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and waste disposal. Use janitorial supplies and environmentally friendly cleaning products effectively while adhering to safety guidelines. general floor care by mopping and vacuuming. Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet quality standards and client specifications. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution. Experience Prior cleaning experience in vacation rental properties or institutional settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous. Knowledge of environmental services practices and safety procedures related to commercial cleaning is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
