General Cleaner

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Use specialized equipment for carpet cleaning and floor care to restore surfaces to their best condition. Restock supplies like paper products, cleaning agents, and toiletries to ensure continuous availability. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during cleaning sessions. Skills Proven experience in janitorial work, custodial duties, or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and other specialized tools confidently. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Experience with laundry processes and handling various cleaning supplies responsibly. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus but not required.
