In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our commercial clients. Your commitment to quality, professionalism, and attention to detail will play a key role in upholding The Sparkle Method's reputation for delivering exceptional cleaning services. This position offers an opportunity to work independently and as part of a supportive team while developing valuable cleaning and facility maintenance skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and common areas using approved cleaning products and equipment. Sweep, mop, vacuum, buff, and polish floors to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to company procedures. Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain a healthy environment. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, tissue, and other restroom essentials. Maintain accurate cleaning checklists and report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards promptly. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and proper handling protocols for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ensure client facilities consistently meet The Sparkle Method's high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, or facility maintenance preferred. Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and sanitation best practices. Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
