33615, 33634, 33647, 33759, 32828, 32805, 32819 Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm Duties Maintain a clean driving record Drive company vehicle to different locations Windo cleaning in single-story locations Perform thorough cleaning of windows on commercial and residential buildings, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to achieve optimal clarity. Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows, adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas, including sills, frames, and adjacent surfaces, ensuring a comprehensive cleaning service. Follow established cleaning procedures to meet quality standards while working efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs or shortages promptly. Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple sites. Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during cleaning operations. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning, custodial work, or related fields preferred. Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and tools, including squeegees, scrubbers, and water-fed pole systems. Experience operating scissor lifts or other elevated work platforms is highly desirable and may be required for certain sites. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
