Expectations:

2 years + Residential Cleaning Experience mandatory Provide meticulous and thorough cleaning/ sanitizing for our in-house residential clients. Provide Stantard/ Deep Cleaning/ and or Move In/Move Out cleaning for entire home, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices. Provide and use personal high-quality cleaning supplies and equipments, including vacuum/ swifter/ mop ect. Adhere to our detailed Cleaning Expectations checklist, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standard. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. Arrive at scheduled appointments punctually and complete services within a timley Report any damages or issues to the company promptly. Communicate effectively with clients and the company. Follow client-specific instructions with precision. Maintain your own supply inventory. Willing to work independantly in a home setting with pets

Qualifications:

2 years + experience in Residential Professional Cleaning, with a strong emphasis on detail and quality. (Preferred Luxury cleaning experience) Ability to pass a background check. Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license. Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Must have or be will to obtain proper business insurance (General Liability). Cleaner must be proficient in cleaning product usage, techniques, and methods. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have a smartphone. Must be able to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.

Pay Rate:

Percentage Based:

Average $22-$36/ hour We pay 50% of the total amount for all jobs completed. Example, we charge about $230 for a Standard 2 bed/ 2 bath home, your pay will be $115. Depending on your speed and efficiency, you'll earn about $25-$37/ per hour. You also keep 100% of all cash tips. We also offer referal bonus for referring other detailed cleaners.

Note:

This is an Independent Contractor partnership, meaning you work as a separate entity from our company, and you are not guaranteed any minimum amount of hours. The Contractor pays all taxes, insurance, and benefits for themselves and their workers. We do not pay hourly, but rather a percentage of the total job amount. This gives you the freedom to complete the job at your own pace while upholding the highest quality standard.
