SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

The individual must possess: Basic knowledge of proper customer etiquette, correctness, politeness, and respectability Proven experience in cleaning office buildings with at least 1 years office janitorial experience required Ability to pass background check and agree to random drug screening The individual must have reliable transportation Ability to read and speak the English language Ability to pay attention to detail and identify and communicate problems Basic knowledge of cleanliness procedures Ability to work a flexible work schedule if required US Citizen or Permanent Resident status

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE

Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms throughout the day Cleaning kitchen areas, counters, microwave, sinks, handles throughout the day Continuous wiping/sanitizing and dusting frequently touched items, handles, rails, counter tops Cleaning of interior glass Vacuuming, sweeping & mopping high traffic areas Emptying trash throughout the day, potentially requiring lifting large bags of trash Manage Inventory control and stocking of all supplies and all paper products to dispensers, including toilet tissue, facial tissue, soap and hand towels throughout the day Maintain all equipment and keep in clean and good working condition Responsible for communicating maintenance concerns to supervisor Spot clean all carpeted areas. Cleaning/sanitizing outside seating areas including, tables, chairs, and trash when applicable. And any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
