Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that every corner shines, making spaces ready for their new occupants. Join us in creating welcoming atmospheres that reflect quality and care! What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of all areas post-construction, including floors, windows, and fixtures. Remove dust, debris, and construction materials to prepare spaces for occupancy. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to achieve a spotless finish. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure cleaning meets specifications and timelines. Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to guarantee quality standards are met. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment used during the cleaning process. Adhere to safety protocols while working in construction environments. Basic qualifications Proven experience in cleaning roles, particularly in janitorial or custodial settings. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and techniques. Experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning is a plus.
