Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, decks, driveways, and other surfaces. Prepare work sites by setting up equipment, protecting surrounding areas, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Inspect surfaces prior to cleaning to identify specific needs and determine the appropriate pressure settings and cleaning agents. Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, cleaning filters, and reporting any repairs needed. Follow detailed job instructions to achieve optimal results while adhering to environmental regulations. Communicate clearly with team members and clients about project scope, progress, and completion. Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project. Qualifications Previous experience in pressure washing or related outdoor cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate pressure washers and related equipment safely and responsibly. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with team members and clients.
