Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure high standards of cleanliness Maintain sanitation standards by properly disposing of waste and using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Conduct laundry services for residential or hospitality clients as needed Ensure all areas are organized and free of clutter, promoting a tidy environment at all times Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment Skills Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently Excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships with clients Experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping management, or commercial cleaning environments Ability to operate floor care machinery such as buffers or polishers safely and effectively Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals Basic laundry skills for handling linens and clothing with care and precision Join us if you're passionate about creating pristine environments!
