Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential, hotel, or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to ensure they remain safe and attractive Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests Restock supplies and amenities to guarantee comfort and convenience for visitors or residents Provide excellent customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and responding promptly to feedback Follow safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and maintain a secure workspace Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial janitorial roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and floor polishers effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Experience with laundry processes and handling delicate fabrics with care Familiarity with custodial procedures and janitorial supplies management Basic cooking skills are a plus for roles involving guest or resident meal preparation support in some settings Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable environments!
