Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Auto Detailer and Porter, where your energy and attention to detail will shine! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles, ensuring each car looks its best for our valued customers. Your enthusiasm for vehicle care, combined with your commitment to excellent customer service, will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether you're washing, buffing, or organizing, your efforts will directly contribute to the overall quality and reputation of our dealership or service center. Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure a spotless finish. Detail vehicles inside and out, including vacuuming, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces, and applying protective treatments like wax or sealants. Conduct buffing and polishing to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance shine. Maintain cleanliness of the shop area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and organizing tools and supplies. Assist with vehicle movement around the lot or service area, including driving vehicles safely in and out of bays or parking spots. Support window tinting installation when required, ensuring proper application without damage. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring their vehicle is handled with care and professionalism. Experience Prior experience in car detailing or automotive cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Experience in janitorial or custodial work demonstrates attention to cleanliness and organization. Familiarity with car wash procedures, buffing techniques, and detailing tools is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary for vehicle movement responsibilities. Customer service experience helps ensure positive interactions with clients and team members alike. Knowledge of window tinting installation is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be available for interested applicants.
