Residential Cleaning Tech $15-$20/hr | Weekday Schedule | Up to 30 Hours Weekly Simply Pure Cleaning Toxin-free Co. Simply Pure Toxin-free Cleaning Co. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our residential cleaning team. We are a small company that truly values both the quality of our work and the people we work alongside. At the same time, we hold high standards and rely on each team member to show up consistently, work hard, and take ownership of their role. This position is best suited for someone who already has professional residential cleaning experience, genuinely takes pride in their work, and understands the difference between surface-level cleaning and a truly well-maintained home. Our days move quickly, and the work is physical, so we're looking for someone who can maintain a strong pace while still paying close attention to detail.

Schedule:

Consistent weekday schedule Daytime hours No nights or weekends Up to 30 hours weekly

What You'll Do:

Clean residential homes thoroughly and efficiently Work alongside a team to complete homes to company standards Follow established cleaning systems and routines Maintain professionalism and care in clients' homes Communicate well with team members throughout the day

What We're Looking For:

Professional residential cleaning experience required Dependable and consistently punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and respectful communication Takes initiative and works well independently and with a team Physically capable of active work throughout the day Someone who values quality, consistency, and reliability
