In Person About the Role Stand Fast LLC is hiring an experienced, high-velocity cleaning crew to help prepare student housing for the upcoming semester. We don't do traditional, exhausting whole-house cleaning. Instead, we use a highly organized, specialized assembly-line system where you master and clean just one specific zone alongside a fast-moving team. Because our system is structured for maximum speed and efficiency, we are completing 4 to 5 small units a day and offering top-tier, guaranteed daily flat rates based on your assigned specialty tier.
Available Positions & Compensation Tiers:
Tier 3: Kitchen Cleaning Technician (Expert) | $135 / day Focuses entirely on deep-cleaning kitchens, degreasing appliances, and detailing food prep zones. Tier 2: Bathroom Cleaning Technician (Mid-Level) | $120 / day Focuses entirely on detailed chemical sanitization, tile, grout, and fixtures. Tier 1: Bedroom/Living Space Technician (Entry-Level) | $110 / day Focuses entirely on dusting, wiping down surfaces and vacuuming.
Requirements:
Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Must pass a background check. Reliable transportation to move between local job sites with your crew. High attention to detail and ability to meet strict quality and speed standards. A great team-player attitude—our assembly line only works if the whole crew hustles together!
