The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Duties Perform industrial cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming. Conduct routine custodial duties including dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
