Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across residential, commercial, and hotel settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation. Execute specialized floor care tasks such as polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine flooring conditions. Manage laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with precision. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation by following established protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks. Handle kitchen-related duties such as light cooking assistance when required and maintaining hygienic food preparation areas. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management. Familiarity with floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of janitorial equipment and cleaning products to maximize efficiency and safety. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy items, and working in various environments. Nice-to-have skills include cooking skills for light meal prep assistance and experience with commercial cleaning or specialized floor care. $24.95 - $30.05 per hour
