In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hygiene, safety, and aesthetic appeal of residential homes and commercial properties. Your proactive approach and dedication will ensure our clients' environments are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure surfaces are pristine Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Manage laundry services for residential clients or hotel environments as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards Use janitorial equipment effectively and perform routine maintenance on cleaning tools and supplies Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality cleaning is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction methods Familiarity with sanitation procedures for kitchens, bathrooms, and public spaces Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Previous experience in laundry services or housekeeper roles enhances your suitability for this position Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail in fast-paced environments This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to make a tangible difference through cleanliness and care.
