Custodial Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodial Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Conducting routine inspections and managing cleaning supply inventories. Train staff Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms, occupant's rooms, break rooms, entryways and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
