Duties Operate professional pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, driveways, decks, fences, and other surfaces with precision and care Assess each job site to determine the appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment needed for optimal results Prepare surfaces by removing debris, dirt, mold, algae, and stains using environmentally friendly cleaning agents when necessary Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper handling of equipment and use of personal protective gear Communicate clearly with customers about the scope of work, process steps, and completion expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each job to ensure longevity and safety Document completed work with photos or reports as required for quality assurance and customer satisfaction Requirements Ability to operate pressure washers safely and effectively in various outdoor environments Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy equipment, and perform outdoor work in different weather conditions Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures (training provided if necessary) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for equipment transportation purposes Prior experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us in revitalizing outdoor spaces while enjoying a lively work environment that values your energy and dedication!
