Job Description

TRAINING IS PROVIDED - HIRING BONUS PAYABLE AFTER COMPLETION OF TRAINING
Performs tasks involving kitchen exhaust hood cleaning in commercial kitchens. Responsible for following NFPA codes regarding grease removal from exhaust hoods. Physically clean/scrape/remove grease from surfaces including but not limited to kitchen exhaust systems, ductwork, exhaust fans and other various kitchen surfaces Operate various types of commercial cleaning equipment and hand tools/scapers Clean up sites after service Drive work vehicles to and from jobsite Work in all weather conditions (outdoors and indoors), hot or cold. Inclement weather does not always preclude canceling jobs Ability to climb up and down ladders is a must. Fear or heights will not work with this job Scheduling flexibility required; No set schedule each week but the schedule is provided in advance Normal work week is Sunday - Thursday Additional work days can be provided Performs other duties as assigned or requested Effectively communicate with customers Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications Minimum Education:
High School Graduate or equivalent MUST pass background check and have a clean driving record MUST be 25 or older for Insurance purposes Skills Must be able to lift 70 lbs. repeatedly Must be able to perform simple repairs on equipment
