We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a dependable, experienced Evening and Weekend Commercial Janitor with prior managerial or supervisory experience. This is more than a standard cleaning position — we are looking for a motivated team member who is ready to take on additional responsibilities, help expand our commercial accounts, and grow into a management role. Key Responsibilities Perform professional commercial cleaning and janitorial services (offices, medical facilities, retail, gyms, etc.) during evenings and weekends Clean, sanitize, vacuum, mop, dust, trash removal, and restroom maintenance to the highest standards Travel between multiple commercial accounts using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts Train and support new team members as the company grows Identify opportunities to improve service quality and take on additional accounts or responsibilities Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold professional standards at all times Qualifications & Requirements Managerial or supervisory experience in cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or a related field (highly preferred) Proven reliability and attention to detail Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently Valid driver's license with a good driving record (must pass DMV check) Ability to pass a comprehensive background check Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to multiple locations in North West Atlanta area Physical ability to perform janitorial duties (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, etc.) Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset Availability for evenings and weekends (flexible hours, with potential for more hours as you grow with the company) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $18-$22/hour based on experience 1099 OR W-2 employment with payroll taxes handled Opportunity for growth into full-time management and higher earnings Supportive team environment with room to advance Direct impact on growing a local business This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to turn strong cleaning and leadership skills into long-term career growth.
