Residential Cleaner (Lake Oconee Area)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of homes under management, ensuring each property is guest-ready and meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Restock basic supplies as needed (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) Inspect homes for cleanliness and report any maintenance or damage issues Follow cleaning checklists and company standards for each property Ensure homes are prepared on schedule for guest arrivals or homeowner visits Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding property status

Qualifications:

Prior residential or hospitality cleaning experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple properties Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug screening (drug-free workplace) Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, etc.) Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
