OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodial / Janitorial Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented facility. This role is essential to our daily operations and plays a key part in ensuring a positive and clean environment. The ideal candidate shows up to work consistently, follows established cleaning standards, and is proactive in identifying areas that need attention. You will be responsible for helping maintain high cleanliness expectations in both routine and high-traffic areas, supporting overall facility operations and presentation. RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums, buffers) Maintain cleanliness in specialized areas such as kitchens, cafeterias, and meeting rooms Follow all safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to managementJoin us and be part of a team where your drive, ideas, and execution directly shape operations and client success!
