Cleaner (Day Shift)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner (Day Shift) to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks in larger facilities, including trash removal, window washing, and deep cleaning procedures Maintain cleanliness of kitchenettes, break rooms, and other shared spaces by disinfecting surfaces and restocking supplies Support facilities maintenance activities as needed, including minor repairs or reporting issues for prompt resolution Follow safety protocols during all cleaning operations to ensure a hazard-free environment for staff and visitors Keep detailed records of completed tasks and supply inventory levels to ensure consistent service quality Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and floor care methods such as buffing and stripping Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Join us in creating a spotless environment where everyone feels comfortable and valued!
