Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Staff Member and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. We are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces across various areas of the facility Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by restocking supplies, sanitizing fixtures, and ensuring hygiene standards are met Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in designated bins and areas Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch points to promote a healthy environment Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Experience Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate with team members effectively Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your efforts directly contribute to creating a pristine environment.
