Overview:
At Primrose, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and safe environment for children. We are currently seeking an On Call Handyman/Cleaner who is reliable and skilled to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our students and staff.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive salary ($20•25 per hour)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment. Address minor repairs and maintenance issues as they arise. Assist with setting up and taking down equipment and furniture as needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are maintained and stored properly. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests to minimize disruption. Ability to do some lawn care/mulch/mowing if needed
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handyman or cleaning roles. Ability to work on an on-call basis as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Stability in previous employment history.
Work Environment:
The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to adapt to various tasks throughout the day. The On Call Handyman/Cleaner will work closely with staff and may interact with children, contributing to a positive and supportive atmosphere.
