Personal Touch Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Contractor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility in the Five Forks area of Lawrenceville, GA. This is an independent contractor position, and a 1099 tax form will be issued at the end of the year. A background check is required for all applicants. We are currently scheduling interviews this week and are looking forward to adding a dependable team member to our company.

Responsibilities:

General cleaning and maintenance of the building- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Cleaning and restocking restrooms Collecting and disposing of trash Ensuring doors are locked after business hours Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision Monitoring and maintaining cleaning supply inventory

Requirements:

Strong time management skills Ability to work independently without direct supervision Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Experience with basic cleaning and janitorial duties Ability to safely handle a variety of cleaning supplies Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment
