About the
Role:
Join Thomas Preston Real Estate LLLC as a Residential Apartment Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of our properties in Milledgeville, GA. If you have a passion for creating welcoming living environments, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to ensure a pristine appearance. Maintain cleanliness of hallways and entryways to create a welcoming atmosphere. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management promptly. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies in accordance with company standards. Work collaboratively with the maintenance and property management teams. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
