We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team at Francine & Farah's Executive Cleaning LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning tasks, possess excellent customer service skills, and take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Vacuum carpets and perform carpet cleaning as needed. Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when stock is running low. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing their cleaning needs. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in housekeeping management, hotel cleaning, or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors. Ability to cook or prepare light meals is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients. Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and standards. Experience in carpet cleaning is desirable.
