PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities Execute detailed cleaning tasks promptly and professionally of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms as needed Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchens by sanitizing countertops, appliances, and cooking areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols and use proper janitorial equipment to prevent accidents and ensure efficient cleaning processes Keep detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance or repair needs to management Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care (waxing and polishing), and sanitation practices Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and moving heavy equipment when necessary Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment; experience with laundry services is a plus Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, safe spaces that leave a lasting positive impression!
