You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services across office spaces, laboratories, toilets, showers, and general amenity areas, helping us maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for our client and their workforce.

What you'll do:

Carry out general cleaning duties across a large industrial siteMaintain high hygiene and safety standards in all areasRespond politely and professionally to customer requestsAdhere to Health & Safety, COSHH, and site-specific policiesEnsure cleaning equipment and cupboards are clean, stocked and well maintainedAssist with cover for absent team members where requiredWear appropriate PPE and follow site rules at all timesKeep accurate records as directed by managementParticipate in ongoing training and performance reviewsWhat you'll bring:

Previous cleaning experience preferredAwareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulationsA team player with a flexible and positive attitudeAbility to manage your time effectively and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and good communication skillsWillingness to cross-train and support other service areas if neededWhy Sodexo?:
