Biweekly Join Our Growing Team! We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced Independent Contractor Cleaners to join our growing network of cleaning professionals. We provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Savannah and nearby areas. If you have experience in office cleaning, warehouse cleaning, move-in/move-out cleanings, or Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform professional cleaning services for offices, warehouses, residential homes, and commercial properties. Complete move-in and move-out cleanings according to company standards. Prepare Airbnb and vacation rental properties for incoming guests. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all designated areas. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas. Follow detailed cleaning checklists and property-specific instructions. Report maintenance issues or property damages promptly. Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous professional cleaning experience is required. Experience with office, warehouse, move-in/move-out, and Airbnb cleaning is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently. Independent Contractor Requirements To qualify, applicants must have: Residence in Savannah, GA or surrounding areas. Valid Driver's License. Reliable transportation. Certificate of Insurance (COI). Completed W-9 Form. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Personal cleaning supplies and equipment are a plus.
