Gutter Gals Exterior Cleaning is a growing, woman-led exterior cleaning company seeking a dependable and hardworking Window & Gutter Cleaning Technician to join our team full-time. We take pride in delivering high-quality service and empowering women in their work and education. This is hands-on outdoor work that requires reliability, strength, and a strong work ethic.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform residential window cleaning (interior and exterior) Perform gutter cleaning and debris removal Safely carry, set up, and climb ladders Work at heights and occasionally access residential roofs Drive company vehicle to and from job sites Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Identify and communicate upsell opportunities when appropriate

Requirements:

Physically capable of lifting and carrying ladders Comfortable working at heights and on roofs Able to stand and work on feet for extended periods Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Professional appearance and conduct Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time employment
