Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated
LIMPIADOR COMERCIAL
to join our team and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of various commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial and custodial services, with a focus on floor care, buffing, and general maintenance. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring spaces are safe, hygienic, and presentable for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation Assist with custodial duties related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance Support residential painting projects as needed to ensure a clean work environment during renovations or touch-ups Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment, ensuring proper storage after use Follow safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance is a plus Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join our team if you are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services in a professional setting.
